Yes, you read that right! Loose Change/Recollection/Ruby Jack/Kosher Delight/The Barry Horwitz Folk Rock Explosion/whatever we’re calling it these days … is gigging once again.
They have graduated from Barnes & Noble Deerfield and 02 East Main in downtown Champaign to … Lilly’s on Lincoln. Quite possibly the most disgusting establishment I’ve ever set foot in. If you have to go to the bathroom, don’t. It’s that bad.
Pics by Justin Miller, an extraordinary photographer. I’m basing that opinion solely on the fact that he made the bar look way cooler than it really is.
Barry, guitar and vocalist extraordinaire:
Kyle, who bought a bass and then learned to play it, and Alex, who is incredibly cool, despite the piano scarf (or because of it?)

Our very own Nosugrefneb, playing drums for only the ninth or tenth time in his life
My devilishly handsome husband-to-be! (Yes, that is our bathroom towel on the keyboard. He uses it to wipe off his sweat. Sorry, ladies, he’s all mine.)
Congrats to you guys … you were really great!

Wow, I bought a bass then learned to play it?
How amazing am I?
